Deeb Ghezlan

From the Kitchen to Capital:
The Rise of a Real Estate Powerhouse

Deeb Ghezlan’s journey didn’t start on Wall Street — it started in the

Kitchen of his father’s restaurant

About Deeb

The Journey from Grit to Generational Wealth.

Born in Syria and raised there until age 14, Deeb moved to the U.S. with nothing but pain turning into ambition. By 15, he was working full-time at his dad’s restaurant in New Orleans — scrubbing pans, waiting tables, and managing stress most adults couldn’t handle working until 6 am on bourbon street. That grind birthed a relentless hunger for more.

At 17, he read a single line that flipped a switch:

“92% of millionaires in America are made
 through real estate.”

Built on Grit. Scaled with Vision.

It was Game
Over After that.

While still a freshman business major, Deeb was deep in real estate books, networking events, and YouTube rabbit holes. By 18, he launched a wholesaling company, flipping contracts without ever owning the properties. At 19, he was clearing five to six figures per month and he dropped out of college for good.

But it didn’t stop there.

From Family Hustle to
8-Figure Exit

He convinced his father to sell the restaurant and go all-in with him. While Deeb wholesaled the deals, his dad flipped them. Together, they turned distressed properties into profits. The business took off. By 21, Deeb had been featured in two major publications as one of the fastest-growing real estate entrepreneurs in New Orleans.

At 22, he exited the wholesaling game and pivoted again — launching a real estate education company that scaled to 8-figures in revenue. Then at 23, he exited that too.

He’s not a Guru. He’s not a Coach.

He’s an Operator One Who’s Done It All: Wholesaling, Flipping, Bolding, Funding, Scaling.

Today, at 24 years old, Deeb is the Managing Partner of Munoz Ghezlan & Co., a 113-year-old private mortgage firm headquartered on Wall Street. He owns over 106 rental units across the Midwest and Miami, including Section 8, multifamily, and traditional rentals. He’s flipped 150+ homes. And now, he helps other real estate operators do the same at scale.

What He Does Now

Deeb built a real estate capital ecosystem. He earns across every layer  funding, formation, financing, and protection. A true capital plug for real estate operators.

But what really sets him apart?
